Maus: A Survivor's Tale: My Father Bleeds History by Art Spiegelman
This is a beautifully told story told through comic form. We follow a man's story as he struggled in life during the war. It is a truly gruesome tale that all should read to better understand what it was like during this time period for these people. The comic also tells the story of the artist and his relationship with his father, which is a strained one. It is simply told for everyone to understand and the artwork that went along with it is incredible. I enjoyed myself tremendously and I am looking forward to reading the conclusion to this tale.
If you love graphic novels and have an interest in learning more about the Holocaust then I suggest you look into reading this comic. You can learn so much from it.
