The Assassin's Blade by Sarah J. Maas

The Assassin's Blade - Sarah J. Maas

What can I say? I am falling madly in love with Sarah J. Maas as a writer. I love all of her books so far and I truly do believe I will continue to do so as she releases yet another book. I am glad I read about Celaena's past and how she came to be in Endovier. I am glad to see the changes she has made. I love seeing how her relationship developed with Same. I just really loved everything about this book.

All of the novellas in this collection was quite entertaining. One of them, The Assassin and the Desert, wasn't really my favorite. If only because I was able to predict what was going to happen way before the "reveal." However, that did not deter me from enjoying this book. It truly was a very fun and enjoyable read.

I cannot wait to read Heir of Fire. I am excited to see where else Celaena is going to go on her adventures. In fact, I am going to start reading it as soon as I am done writing this review, because there is no way I can wait any longer to find out! X3
